OK everyone needs to come to this one. Set will be at 10 am. There should be lots of laughs as me and FrigidVortex (Marc) try to run the servers without Mi6 (Marcus) around. Mi6 says he going to VPN in so we will see if he does.

Also you have to come check out my new rig! Yep had to update it, the other was 5 years old and I couldn't see buying another AGP card. Well WarHammer would not play on the old vido card). So come and see if I can beat FrigidVortex's computer in the game load braging rights. :)

Come one Come all! Last LAN was the best in a long time and I want to thank everyone who came. As you can see our next LAN is the 27th and I would like to see everyone there.

Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare v1.4 fixes:

CHANGES:
"Winter Crash", a holiday version of Multiplayer map "Crash"
Improvements to the server browser
Fixed some rare bullet accuracy issues for all weapons.
For server admins: fixed user ban list not working correctly on servers. Ban.txt will be created in the main or fs_game directory
MOD SUPPORT:

In the connect screen, Mods will be identified as"Mod: [mod name]"
Only official IWD files will be read from the main directory. All custom IWD should be placed in a mod directory.
Fix for reloading several times after connecting to a modded server
Improved mod.ff support to allow adding game types.
Fixed an issue with Http redirect downloads.

****Mi6 Has Built a RANKED SERVER!!!****

So everyone is kept up to speed...Here is the rundown of Mi6 building yet another fantastic server! The LAN Package has infact been completed.

Phase 1: Unlock all Guns and Perks---COMPLETED
Phase 2: Convert known commands from COD2 to COD4---COMPLETED
Phase 3: Tweaking the Gametypes---COMPLETED
Phase 4: Selecting a reasonable amount of maps for LAN Day--IN PROGRESS
Phase 5: Finalizing Server via Test from fellow Dakrat members --- CANCELLED

As of now, we are not planning on having a NOV LAN. OK, so some peeps seem to want to have the LAN next month. Here is the deal. In order to have the LAN in November, certain things have to be known.

1. What date? 24th is the norm date. Earlier better?
2. How many people want to come.
3. Will heaters be needed, and how many/wattage if so?

Microsoft has released to a few testers Windows Vista SP1. So far it seems a tab bit faster than Vista 0. BUt that's probably due to a clean install.

So if you want we'll get it uploaded to the file server and you can try that out to see if that'll peak your interest in it.
